With multiple certifications including Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), Civil Treatment in the Workplace (ELI®), National Diversity Council Certified Diversity Professional (NDCCDP) and expertise in assessment tools such as Targeted Selection® Interview Technique (DDI), Birkman, and DISC, she is dedicated to driving meaningful change and fostering positive and inclusive environments where every individual can thrive.
Ruby is a certified Career Coach and founded Swann CareerPros, LLC, providing career coaching and human resource expertise and solutions to companies nationwide. Ruby has a strong ability to coach and advise others to improve job performance, build engagement, enhance their careers, and create better work environments.
In addition to her professional achievements, Ruby is deeply committed to community service and mentorship. As a founding member of Hey Lady, a non-profit mentoring organization for teen girls, and a board member of Excell Preparatory Center, I actively contribute to empowering the next generation of leaders.
